Ontera is a precision diagnostics start-up using single-molecule counting through silicon nanopores to build a suite of unique platforms with broad applications. This session first reviews Ontera's single-pore platform that is currently focused on delivering "in the field" quantitative and multiplexed molecular diagnostic solutions for large and under-served Agtech markets. It then reviews their dual-nanopore platform that interrogates long, continuous spans of the genome to access genomic and epigenetic data in a single assay, for research-use only applications.
